Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons or wooden case, according to requirement of customer.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance. Also you can visit our company and check your products.
Q3. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers need to pay deposit of the same value. and the courier cost. After testing, if you decide leave and use it, we will not charge extra fees again.
Q4. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery, customer can participate in this process
